Could it be as easy as snapping your fingers to go Could it be as easy as snapping your fingers to go from an empty space to vision achieved? That would just be too good to be true – but we do have some tips on how to make loading in as smooth as possible for your next event ✨

a.	Give yourself more time than you think you need and make sure to build that extra venue time into your budget.
b.	Have regular and consistent event communications with your vendors working the event so you can ensure everyone is very clear on what the set-up entails
c.	Hire quality help and make sure you have a team in place to execute what is required for onsite

Also, with the return of in-person events planners and vendors might be feeling a bit rusty so be patient in the process.

In events, what do you prefer load-in or load-out?

Let me tell you a not so secret secret… Events Let me tell you a not so secret secret…

Events are a powerful way to generate new leads for your business because it builds relationships, credibility and generates word-of-mouth referrals. With the online space having a lot of noise in the last couple of years and the return of in-person events NOW is a perfect time for your brand to consider showcasing its personality in a meaningful way.

✨My intuition tells me that intimate gatherings will be something people crave as we roll into 2022 ✨

What do you think?
Time is our most valuable resource & we all know u Time is our most valuable resource & we all know using it wisely matters 🧡

So let’s talk about streamlining communications for your next event and why it makes it a win-win for everyone involved.

3 simple ways to streamline starting today:

1.	FAQ’s for your team and event participants to have easy access and source out any questions they might have. Another question that pops up within your community as you start promoting your event, add it in!

2.	Key messages in place to maintain throughout your event promotions. There is no need to recreate your key messaging. Keep it clear, easy to understand and most of all, easy to find ✔️

3.	Create a calendar 🗓 for your communications that are required for your event and organize your newsletter sequences in advance. Have them go out in timely ways as you get closer to your event day so you are connecting with your community and staying top-of-mind ✨

✨get more clear on how I want my events business to look at this stage of the pandemic (because the events industry has changed so much)

✨work on other projects that align with me
