Change in the Making Conference
To launch a marketing and PR conference in Squamish, BC and be recognized as a leader in the industry in Western Canada.
Worked closely with the owners during the 2015 launch which resulted in a sold out conference in the first year. In year two, the conference doubled in size and therefore, worked on establishing a new budget and strategic operations as the business had rapid growth. In year 3, worked on streamlining the stage programming and content and launched the Digital Marketing Certificate to the event.
